How come I cannot get a VLC player to work on the live or VOD stream?
Answer
Live Stream Tips -(Windows Media Player)
You will need to modify the URL just a bit.
From YourStreamingHost, you get: http://hwcdn.net/h7k2d6t5/wls/3862-vlc-test.asx
to open in vlc you need: mms://hwcdn.net/h7k2d6t5/wls/3862-vlc-test
now you just need to change http to mms and remove the .asx from the end and you're done.
